When will my order be delivered?

We advise all customers to check stock availability with us before purchase so we can advise lead times. We keep a large quantity of items in stock but it is impossible to keep every bed/mattress in stock in every colour and size.

In stock items are generally delivered within a week (depending on your location). Items that are not in stock could take 2 weeks or 2 months, it depends on which product you are interested in.

How do I know if a product is in stock or not?

Please contact us in advance of purchase either via email ([email protected]) or 01 8558648 to check if the particular item is in stock. We can confirm if we have the product in stock or not.

Every item is available to purchase on our website regardless if it is in stock or out of stock. 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer a nationwide free delivery service when delivering in your area.

If you require an order urgently, same day or next day, please contact us so we can advise courier fees.

How often do you deliver?

We deliver in Dublin, Meath, Westmeath and Kildare multiple times a week.

Other parts of Ireland like Cork, Wexford, Galway, Limerick etc on average is every 2 weeks.

Can we remove your old bed and mattress?

Yes, we can take away your old bed (base and mattress) for €25 and your old mattress only for €15 or €25 for large sizes like super king or emperor. All products we remove are disposed of at a certified recycling facility where applicable.

Does the bed frame come assembled?

This depends on the bed frame you order. Divan beds do not need assembly they just attach together, whereas beds frames come in separate boxes and do require assembly.  If you are not confident with the bed assembly we can provide this service at €30 for a standard style bed frame and €50 ottoman/storage (drawer) style beds. If you require our assembly service, please include it in your order form or book in with us via email ([email protected])

What days do you deliver?

Our normal delivery days are Monday to Saturday but it varies each week. If you need delivery on a specific day, please contact us directly before purchase to organise this.

Do you offer evening deliveries?

Yes we can but this would need to be booked in with us in advance before purchase so we can confirm if it is possible or not (it will depend on your location).

How do I correct an error I made with my order?

If you enetered a wrong email address, postal address, contact number or ordered the wrong item, please email us with your correction and we will amend it for you.
