Terms and Conditions
Dublin Beds strive to do everything possible to ensure you have a happy shopping experience with us. Everything below is a legal guideline but we can often be more flexible, we have a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction and work on the basis of achieving this.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please submit an enquiry on our Contact Us page before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by Irish law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within Ireland and are governed by Irish consumer law.
A Contract between the customer and Dublin Beds for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods purchase, your card will be debited automatically immediately after purchase). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery charges
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded minus a restocking fee (where applicable) within 30 days. In the event of wrong measurements being supplied or the wrong item being ordered, we will issue a credit note that can be redeemed online or upon delivery. In some case (i.e special order items from our suppliers) a restocking fee will apply.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Dublin Beds strive to ensure that all items meet your highest expectations. If for any reason, you feel the need to return your item(s), you must return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in with all tags and in original packaging. Items must also be in a saleable and undamaged state in order for returns to be processed.
You the customer are responsible for returning the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.
Please complete the Returns Form available on the Returns page. This will ensure that your return is logged and tracked so that we can make the process as easy as possible for you.
The Return Form includes the following:
• Your Name
• Order Number
• Reason for the return
• If you require a refund or a suitable replacement item
Please Note:
• It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed depending on the delivery method used
• Delivery is refunded at our standard website rates

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Stripe Payments. All transactions are shown in € euro. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in euro (€) and where appropriate are inclusive of Irish sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Delivery Policy
In stock items are generally dispatched within 7 working days but delivery times will vary depending on where you are living.
You will receive an email from us generally within 24 hours of your order to let you know your delivery date. If items need to be ordered from our suppliers, we will inform you of necessary lead time for delivery. If for some reason, your item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative item of the same value. We will notify you as your order progresses with an update on delivery time.
Custom made orders will be delivered within a timeframe agreed with the customer. If for any reason beyond our control, a delay occurs, we will inform you immediately of any changes.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Disclaimer & Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Dublin Beds nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Dublin Beds or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
“The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Dublin Beds and any other associated company of Dublin Beds as if references to Dublin Beds included references to each such associated company.”
While Dublin Beds uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Dublin Beds will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
While Dublin Beds takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.
Further, Dublin Beds will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Dublin Beds does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Dublin Beds. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Dublin Beds
